Steps to make 韭菜鸡蛋馅菜盒

  • 1.择好的韭菜,洗净,控干水分,切碎,备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋敲入碗中,放入少许盐打散,锅烧热放适量油,倒入鸡蛋液,用铲子捣碎,出锅装碗,备用。
  • 3.温水和成稍软的面团,醒15分钟。
  • 4.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 5.搓成长条,分成均匀的剂子,擀成圆饼状。
  • 6.切碎的韭菜先拌油,(防止韭菜出水)再加入鸡蛋碎,放入适量盐、少许生抽和鸡精搅拌均匀。
  • 7.放入韭菜。
  • 8.面皮对折封口,捏好,如图所示。
  • 9.锅里倒少量油,放入菜盒,小火慢慢烙。
  • 10.底面成型后,翻面,盖上锅盖,(中途适当翻面)烙至两面金黄色即可。
  • 11.出锅,装盘即食。
  • 12.对半切开,方便食用。
  • 13.皮薄且柔软,馅料香。
