排骨豆角焖面
最近越来越懒了,就喜欢“一锅炖”或者“一锅焖”这样的做法,饭菜同时出,特省事。所以,有些日子没吃的“排骨豆角焖面”就安排上了。

面条是用压面机现压的,所以省了一个步骤没有单独蒸,就直接铺在了排骨豆角上焖了10分钟。起锅时利用锅中残留的汤汁,面条又软乎又入味。

Steps to make 排骨豆角焖面

  • 1.材料准备好:排骨剁块清洗干净,尤其是小骨渣要洗掉;豆角撅寸段,面条是鲜面条,粗细可随个人喜好;
  • 2.炒锅加热,倒少许油,将几瓣大蒜、姜丝、八角煸炒出香味;
  • 3.排骨入锅,大火炒至表面变色,淋少许料酒去腥;
  • 4.倒适量酱油、盐上色调味;
  • 5.倒热水,大火煮开转小火,盖上盖子焖炖20分钟;
  • 6.豆角入锅,翻拌使其浸泡在汤中,盖上盖子焖炖10分钟;
  • 7.盛出一碗汤,把面条均匀的铺撒在排骨豆角上;
  • 8.盖上盖子,中火焖炖10分钟;
  • 9.将盛出来的碗汁均匀地淋在面条上,面条经过10分钟蒸制,根根独立不粘连,碗汁能快速被面条吸收入味并变软乎;
  • 10.用筷子将面条挑散,与排骨豆角翻拌均匀,撒大蒜末,稍混合即可,可沿着锅边淋少许醋,也可挑入碗中再淋醋,更具风味。
  • 11.排骨豆角焖面,面条柔软入味,越吃越爱!
