【紫薯发糕】---美食。美味。美色
特别喜欢紫薯,喜欢她漂亮的颜色,喜欢她香甜的味道。
前一段时间,在美食家看到好几个朋友都做了紫薯发糕,把我眼馋的哦~~~自己动手也来做紫薯发糕吃哦!
说起来,我对发糕有着特殊的情节。
小时候,妈妈的单位旁边有一家老字号饭店,门口就有卖发糕的,似乎是玉米面和小米面的,黄黄的颜色十分诱人,上面铺满了青红丝和蜜枣。每次去妈妈单位,我总会缠着妈妈要买这个发糕吃,甜甜的,软软的,很是享受!
那个时候,还没有卖紫薯的,所以也没有紫薯发糕,如果有,一定会更加诱人的呢!
有着对发糕特殊的喜爱, 我以前也在家尝试着做了几次玉米面的发糕,每次都以失败告终,不知道是配方不对还是技术不高,所以,看到大家做酵母版的紫薯发糕,感觉比较简单,尤其是爱美的家说掌握好配方一次就成功,我就尝试着试试,果然,一次就成功了呢!

  • 普通面粉300克
  • 白糖30克
  • 即溶酵母粉5克
  • 牛奶230克
  • 葡萄干少许
  • 红枣9颗

Steps to make 【紫薯发糕】---美食。美味。美色

  • 1.1. 准备好材料.紫薯洗净蒸熟后去皮称量好待用。
  • 2.2.将紫薯切块后加入牛奶,白糖,用搅拌机打成细腻的紫薯奶糊。
  • 3.3.紫薯奶糊倒入盆中加入发酵粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.4.筛入普通面粉。
  • 5.5.将面粉与奶糊拌匀成面团状,盛入八寸蛋糕模具中(或者其他容器),将表面抹平。
  • 6.6.放入温暖处发酵至2倍大时,在表面装饰葡萄干和红枣。
  • 7.7.冷水上锅,大火烧开后转中火蒸30分钟。
  • 8.8.关火后焖5分钟再取出。
  • 9.9.晾凉切件食用。
