蔓越莓牛轧糖
又到年底送礼时节啦,想着给妹妹们做点好吃的,牛轧糖是必须要做的哦。

Details of ingredients

  • 棉花糖180g
  • 花生米80g
  • 蔓越莓干90g
  • 奶粉120g
  • 黄油45g

Steps to make 蔓越莓牛轧糖

  • 1.花生米提前烤好去掉皮,跟蔓越莓干混合(两种我都没有压碎我觉得就这样整颗更便于后面操作)。
  • 2.棉花糖承重出要用的量。
  • 3.黄油放入不粘锅,小火化开。
  • 4.一定小火或者微火。
  • 5.直到黄油完全化。
  • 6.倒入棉花糖,继续小火化开棉花糖。
  • 7.倒入奶粉,迅速搅拌。
  • 8.倒入果干,继续翻拌,手法快速,控制好温度,拌均匀马上关火。
  • 9.搅拌成团即可。
  • 10.迅速移到模具上,趁热整理好,放一边晾至常温,放冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 11.一小时后倒扣取出,冷藏后的牛轧糖是为了改刀更方便和美观。
  • 12.根据模具印,改刀成小块,包上你喜欢的糖纸,就可以打包了。
  • 13.花生香脆,蔓越莓干酸甜,奶香十足。
  • 14.蔓越莓牛轧糖。
