  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.大米淘洗干净,入清水中浸泡1小时
  • 3.鲜虾去壳、去虾线
  • 4.小葱取葱叶部分,切末备用
  • 5.铁釜锅内放适量清水,倒入浸泡好的大米
  • 6.加入虾仁
  • 7.放入适量的盐
  • 8.启动铁釜电饭煲,选择稀饭按键,铁釜进入自动煮稀饭状态
  • 9.开锅之后,显示屏上会出现倒计时,成熟后会发出提示音,之后会自动进入保温状态
  • 10.文火慢煮出来的米粥完全软烂、粘稠,最后撒葱末即可
