豆沙馅华夫饼
华夫饼也是我们大家都非常喜欢的一款小甜点,平时也做了很多,用低筋面粉来做相对用时短,不需要发酵等时间,也更松软一些,还可以做成夹心的,像海苔呀,紫薯呀,豆沙呀,肉松呀这些都是非常受欢迎的味道。

Steps to make 豆沙馅华夫饼

  • 1.先来准备所需要的食材,一一精准称重备用。
  • 2.先来打发鸡蛋,鸡蛋不需要蛋白与蛋黄分离直接加入白糖用电动打蛋器打发,打发至滴落下来的面糊不会马上消失。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,翻拌至无干粉状态。
  • 4.最后倒入玉米油搅拌均匀,此时面糊呈可流动状态,体积略小。
  • 5.华夫饼机预热,预热完成后在烤盘上刷一层玉米油,再倒入适量面糊,接着放入豆沙馅,再盖上一层面糊,盖上华夫饼机的盖子,将华夫饼烤熟出锅。
