蔓越莓酸奶
酸奶是以牛奶为原料,经过巴氏杀菌后再向牛奶中添加有益菌(发酵剂),经发酵后,再冷却灌装的一种牛奶制品。酸奶不但保留了牛奶的所有优点,在发酵过程中乳酸菌还可以产生人体营养所必须的多种维生素,如VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12等利于肠道消化,所以成为更加适合于人类的营养保健品。
现在市售酸奶中因为各种原因含有的食品添加剂较多,而自己在家自制酸奶则是简单方便又安全;只需要三种原料就可以做出完全浓稠酸奶,而且想吃啥口味就做啥口味,最为关键的不用担心“添加剂”,吃的新鲜又放心,何乐而不为呢~~~

  • 白砂糖110克
  • 蔓越莓120克
  • 纯牛奶1500毫升
  • 酸奶菌粉2g

Steps to make 蔓越莓酸奶

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.小奶瓶洗净后放入微波米用高温1分钟消毒
  • 3.蔓越莓干切小粒
  • 4.待凉后放入蔓越莓粒备用
  • 5.大量杯洗净消毒后放入白砂糖和一盒纯牛奶
  • 6.倒入2包酸奶菌粉
  • 7.用打蛋器搅拌至完全融化
  • 8.再倒入剩余纯牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 9.将调好的牛奶倒入小奶瓶中
  • 10.加盖送入烤箱放至最底层
  • 11.设定发酵温度38度,时间:7小时
  • 12.酸奶已凝固取出待凉
  • 13.放至冰箱冷藏后尽快食用
