  • 生抽1汤匙
  • 胡椒粉1/4小勺

  • 龙口粉丝两小把
  • 新鲜中虾500克
  • 剁椒一大勺
  • 大蒜头两瓣

  • 1.粉丝提前用开水泡软。
  • 2.把虾清洗干净,用剪刀在虾的背部裂一小口,用牙签把虾线挑出,用水冲干净即可。
  • 3.把沥干水的虾装入盆子里,加入生姜两片、生抽、绍酒、盐、剁碎的一小半蒜末、白胡椒粉和糖搅拌均匀,腌制一到两小时,更入味。
  • 4.将剩下的蒜末和剁椒装在一个小碗里,热锅下油烧热,淋在小碗里。
  • 5.将事先准备好的九寸披萨盘包上锡箔纸,泡软的粉丝沥干水,铺在披萨盘上。取出腌制好的虾,把其中的腌料倒入粉丝里拌匀,盐味如果不够可以加少量生抽或者盐。
  • 6.将腌制好的虾摆放在粉丝上面,用小勺子把蒜蓉剁椒油撒在虾的表面,剩余的姜片也加入到里面。
  • 7.把装了虾的披萨盘放入预热好的烤箱,上火200度,下火175度,烘烤15分钟。
  • 8.十五分钟后,香喷喷的烤虾出炉了!把虾盛出,装到小平锅里。
  • 9.开吃了,流口水了吧,嘻嘻!
