辣根醬脆皮三文魚

Steps to make 辣根醬脆皮三文魚

  • 1.意大利香菜切碎
  • 2.橄榄油
  • 3.1杯 忌廉或者鲜浓缩奶油(Wipping cream or Heavy Wipping Cream)
  • 4.三文鱼
  • 5.盐和黑胡椒 少量
  • 6.面包屑
  • 7.芥末籽
  • 8.辣根酱
  • 9.柠檬 半个
  • 10.蛋黄 1个
  • 11.步骤做法:鱼片两面撒上少许盐和黑胡椒。然后在鱼片的四面沾上一层薄薄中筋面粉。放在一旁。
  • 12.蛋黄打散,加上1-2茶匙的辣根酱混合一起。
  • 13.把混好的酱涂在鱼片的其中一面。
  • 14.面包屑 + 切碎的意大利香菜 混合。放在一边。
  • 15.把沾酱的那一面鱼片粘上面包屑 + 切碎的香菜。千万不要太厚也不能太薄。因为在煎的时间上更久。
  • 16.沾好的鱼片 放在一旁
  • 17.拿个平底锅放入橄榄油转中小火。沾面包屑的那一面先煎2-3分钟。
  • 18.然后再翻过去煎2-3分钟出锅。
  • 19.拿个煮锅放入一杯忌廉或者鲜浓缩奶油,加入少许盐和黑胡椒。
  • 20.辣根酱 1-2茶匙
  • 21.芥末籽 1-2茶匙
  • 22.挤少许的柠檬汁,然后搅拌。记得试味。大火煮大概2分钟等收汁。关火。
