茯苓有健脾渗湿的作用,含茯苓多糖,能提高人体免疫力。
糯米味甘,性平,暖脾胃,补中益气。治胃寒痛,消渴,体弱等症。
芝麻味甘,性平,能润肠通便,补肺益气,助脾长肌,通血脉,润肌肤,滋补肝肾,益阴润燥,养血增乳,补血养发,填髓脑。老人或体虚者,头发早白,头晕耳鸣,贫血萎黄,津液不足等均可多吃芝麻。
白糖味甘,性平,有滋阴润肺,和中益脾,舒缓肝气,生津止渴诸功效。
此汤圆有健脾渗湿,补中益气的作用,适用于病后失调,身体消瘦者食用。
