豌豆肉末豆腐羹

Steps to make 豌豆肉末豆腐羹

  • 1.准备肉末。
  • 2.豆腐切成小丁。
  • 3.豌豆洗净,我用的冷冻豌豆。
  • 4.葱姜炝锅。
  • 5.加入肉末炒散,加点生抽、花椒粉翻炒一下。
  • 6.加入热水,放入豌豆煮几分钟。
  • 7.加入豆腐继续煮几分钟,加盐调好口味。
  • 8.最后淋入淀粉水,顺方向搅拌均匀,煮开关火。可加点胡椒粉调味。
