四不像寿司
用做普通的寿司剩余的米饭又做了个花样的寿司,可做完后,就失望,在卷寿司压的的扁了,导致我做的小熊的耳朵变成竖着的了,还有白米饭不够了,小熊的鼻子就变成脸了。看着有的像猴子,有的像小狗。

Steps to make 四不像寿司

  • 1.备好冷却好的米饭。
  • 2.寿司醋做法:碗里放入2勺盐,一勺糖,20ml的醋,在锅里隔水加热,直到盐融化即可。
  • 3.加入寿司醋到米饭里搅拌均匀。
  • 4.取其中一小部分米饭,加生抽搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将寿司帘铺开,放上一块寿司用海苔皮(一小半),将棕色米饭捏成手指粗细放在海苔的中间,卷起来,卷2条相同的圆柱形,是小熊的耳朵。
  • 6.在剩余的棕色米饭里加入肉松搅拌均匀,再取一张海苔皮,中间铺上棕色米饭。
  • 7.中间放上一根半的烤肠。
  • 8.卷成粗圆柱形,小熊的鼻子。
  • 9.再取一张海苔皮,铺满白米饭。
  • 10.中间的两侧放上小熊的耳朵。
  • 11.正中央放小熊的鼻子。
  • 12.卷起来,切割,最后用海苔皮做眼睛和嘴。
  • 13.装盘。
  • 14.成型。
