    Steps to make 糖醋鱼

    • 1.锅内放油烧至六成热,放入鳊鱼。
    • 2.煎至金黄后翻面,把另一面也煎至金黄色。
    • 3.下姜蒜干辣椒。
    • 4.放入料酒、生抽,醋,老抽。
    • 5.加入适量清水。
    • 6.烧开后调中火煮十来分钟,中途加盐,大火收汁。
    • 7.起锅前再加入一勺醋、两勺白糖,少许鸡精,葱花。
