纸杯奶油蛋糕
奶油蛋糕是我家小朋友的最爱,天气渐渐转凉了,早餐桌上又开始有它的身影了~~~

  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 玉米油20克
  • 纯牛奶40克
  • 淡奶油250克
  • 细砂糖(蛋糕体用)40克
  • 细砂糖(裱花用)15克

Steps to make 纸杯奶油蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白、蛋黄分离,分别装入无油无水的容器里中,蛋白中滴入几滴柠檬汁或白醋,加入40克糖。
  • 2.低速打发至湿性发泡。
  • 3.纯牛奶和玉米油混合。
  • 4.将蛋黄倒入牛奶和玉米油的混合液体中。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.用蛋抽搅打均匀至无干粉。
  • 7.取三分之一的蛋白霜到蛋黄糊里。
  • 8.再将翻拌好的蛋糕糊倒入到剩余的蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将翻拌好的蛋糕糊装入裱花袋中,再分装到纸杯里,7分满即可。
  • 10.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,40分钟。
  • 11.晾凉后就可以进行奶油装饰了。
  • 12.首先将淡奶油倒入较大的容器中,加入15克细砂糖。
  • 13.用电动打蛋器低速打至7分发。
  • 14.将打发好的奶油装入裱花袋中。
  • 15.挤上自己喜欢的花式,然后再用彩糖稍微装饰一下就OK啦。
