单词饼干
记得好几年前刚接触烘焙的我就做了这款饼干,当时朋友们看到也赞不绝口,其实这个形状和英文都是拜饼干模所赐,而做法确是非常适合新手,算得上很好掌握的一款饼干了。此配方可做30块左右。

  • 低筋面粉120G
  • 鸡蛋黄1个
  • 细砂糖20G
  • 泡打粉2G

Steps to make 单词饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块室温软化至能轻轻戳进一指状,然后加入细砂糖
  • 2.用电动打蛋器的打蛋头先把黄油和砂糖稍拌一下,然后低速打至膨发,体积2倍大,颜色变浅呈膏状
  • 3.鸡蛋黄打散后,分三次加入到打发的黄油中,每加一次都打至油水混合方可再次加入
  • 4.看看加了蛋黄,颜色黄了很多
  • 5.低筋面粉和泡打粉一起筛入盆中,用橡皮刮刀拌匀,开始拌的时候是粉状,多翻翻多拌拌,也可以翻过来压一下,拌至如图有块状就可以用手抓捏,捏成团,不是揉哈
  • 6.捏成团后包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏半小时
  • 7.取出后用擀面杖擀成片,厚度可自己把握,不要太厚就行,擀的时候需要慢慢擀,一点一点的擀,不然容易碎而且容易起皮,可以横着擀擀然后再竖着擀擀
  • 8.然后用饼干模压出形状,四周没用的再拿来捏成团再擀再压就可以。反复操作,直至把面团都做完
  • 9.压好的饼干放入铺了油布的烤盘里,送入预热好的烤箱中层上火170度下火150度烤至12-15分钟即可
