    Steps to make 红烧肉

    • 1.冷水入锅,放入五花肉出水。
    • 2.出完水冲洗干净。
    • 3.热油倒入香料煸香。
    • 4.把五花肉放入一起煸炒至微黄,全部盛起待用。
    • 5.锅里另放油把冰糖放入小火熬制泛黄化开。
    • 6.倒入一碗开水搅拌均匀。
    • 7.把待用的肉和香料一起倒进锅中,倒入黄酒和生抽大火煮开后改小火慢炖一个小时。
    • 8.水烧至一半把香料全都挑出来。
    • 9.水收干后就可以起锅了。
