二月二的酥脆小面豆

Steps to make 二月二的酥脆小面豆

  • 1.先把各种材料全放到盆里,如果鸡蛋小一点可以放20到30克水。
  • 2.用筷子搅至没有干粉。
  • 3.揉成面团,松驰10分钟。
  • 4.面案上施干粉,把面团放案上揉一下,稍顺滑一些。
  • 5.擀成0.5到1厘米厚的薄饼。
  • 6.用刀切成一厘米左右的长条。
  • 7.再横切成小丁,或者切成自己喜欢的形状。
  • 8.撒上点干粉划散开。
  • 9.摆入烤盘,留出空间防粘。入烤箱上层,200度十几分钟即上色。
  • 10.出炉凉透即可包装起来防潮,随时可吃。
