  • 1.牛肉放在水龙头下细水冲泡尽血水,大概要10分钟。
  • 2.锅中烧开水放入洗好的牛肉,加入切丝的洋葱。

  • 4.把上面的浮沫撇干净,继续煮30分钟出香。
  • 5.捞出牛肉把清汤过滤倒入砂锅,洋葱不要捡除。
  • 6.沙锅中加入白菜,胡萝卜,豆芽,金针菇大火煮开。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散摊成蛋皮。
  • 8.蛋皮切丝,牛肉也切粗条备用。
  • 9.蒜瓣切碎,葱切花,青红椒切片。
  • 10.已煮了10分钟的汤加入年糕片。
  • 11.加入牛肉,葱花继续煮7-8分钟。
  • 12.年糕熟了可加盐,酱油调味。
  • 13.加一些胡椒粉,鸡精。
  • 14.最后把蒜泥,青红辣椒放入,点一些香油关火。
