  • 生抽1.5勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 米酒1勺

Steps to make 香辣梭子蟹

  • 1.准备两只爱打架的梭子蟹。
  • 2.准备所有需要的材料。
  • 3.蟹子去内脏,腮,脑。清理干净切块。
  • 4.锅内烧热油,蟹块裹淀粉,下锅不急着翻。
  • 5.等封口后翻炒变色后盛出备用
  • 6.国内烧热油,下入葱、姜、蒜片爆香
  • 7.加入干辣椒和花椒炒香,再加入一勺豆瓣酱炒出红油。
  • 8.加入蟹块,砂糖,生抽,蚝油,料酒炒2分钟,加入没过蟹爪的沸水,放上洗干净的蟹壳盖锅盖中火烧10分钟。
  • 9.大火收汁即可出锅。
  • 10.出锅撒上葱花即可。
  • 11.盖上壳,完美。完全好吃的停不下来。
