羞答答的玫瑰静悄悄地开
这是上次半决赛时准备的,本来是只有花朵没有枝干的,结果做好就被熊孩子好奇扯开袋子受潮,又捏成了团,成品图都没拍,只好不了了之。后来想做一个蛋糕的装饰的,只用了一个蛋清的量,菜谱量就是第二次做的。装饰一个自己喜欢的私家花园吧

  • 细砂糖30g
  • 柠檬汁几滴

Steps to make 羞答答的玫瑰静悄悄地开

  • 1.分离好一个蛋清,加几滴柠檬汁。
  • 2.打发蛋白,分三次加入砂糖,打发至干性发泡,分少许蛋白到小碗里,牙签蘸红绿色素接触蛋白,红的低速打几下,,绿的硅胶铲拌几下,都不用打匀。
  • 3.裱花袋翻面,牙签蘸色素涂裱花袋,第二次我涂在裱花嘴内侧,也行的。烤箱100度预热。
  • 4.装入裱花袋,大号七齿。由中间向外转一圈,一朵花就搞定了。
  • 5.只是第一次做的。
  • 6.第二次做的,每朵花插根牙签。
  • 7.树叶裱花嘴竖着在牙签上画一竖,方便连接叶子,两侧错开画叶子。
  • 8.上下火100度,60分钟,后二十分钟盖了锡纸,颜色更鲜亮。
  • 9.应该在搞只蝴蝶的。
  • 10.我的锅盖背景好伐,哈哈
