  • 1.将带子肉与壳分开,洗净备用
  • 2.粉丝用温水泡软,然后剪成小段
  • 3.蒜瓣切碎,辣椒切碎
  • 4.将带子壳摆盘,先放上粉丝,然后放上带子肉
  • 5.取一小碗,放入耗油、生抽、盐、糖,及调料一倍量的水,搅拌均匀。炒锅热油,将蒜末和辣椒炒香,倒入调好的酱汁,煮开后略微收汁
  • 6.将煮好的酱汁淋在粉丝及带子上
  • 7.撒上葱花,上锅蒸10分钟即可
