沙朗牛排
买了几份牛排回来练习摆盘,今天做的是沙朗牛排,煎的是8分熟,喜欢嫩一些的可以减短煎的时间

  • 自带酱汁1袋

Steps to make 沙朗牛排

  • 1.火龙果去皮,切片摆成长条弧度
  • 2.切几片超薄的黄瓜片,剪开一条半径,卷起来做花
  • 3.中小火热锅,待锅稍冒热气放入黄油刷一层锅底,放入解冻完全的牛排,这一面煎3分钟
  • 4.翻面再煎2分钟即可
  • 5.放入盘中,边上手指醮点沙拉酱画上装饰
  • 6. 把酱包放入锅内加入小半碗水混匀煮沸
  • 7.淋上即可食用
