Steps to make 煎烧黄花鱼

  • 1.将材料都洗净或者准备好。
  • 2.将黄花鱼刮鳞、去鳃,除内脏,处理干净,然后在鱼身上剞上花刀;鸡蛋磕入碗中打匀。
  • 3.把黄花鱼用少许食盐、胡椒粉、绍酒、鸡精调味,沾匀面粉,挂匀鸡蛋液,放入热油中,煎至两面呈金黄色盛出来。
  • 4.原锅留少许油,用葱、姜丝炝锅,烹入剩余绍酒、醋、白糖、食盐和适量汤烧开,然后把黄花鱼放进去,用小火烧至熟透,汤汁收浓时撒上香菜段,淋上少许热油,就可以出锅啦。
