糯叽叽红豆糯米丸子
我今天分享一糯叽叽红豆丸子用料做法都比较简单,没有什么技术含量,就是搓丸子需要给一点耐心,配方给出量是我和妈妈两个人的下午茶的用量,两小碗,用不了多少小丸子,搓了不到十分钟,一人一碗,香香浓浓的红豆汤搭配糯叽叽的糯米丸子,热呼呼的超好吃,要这样寒冷的冬季吃,再合适不过了。

Steps to make 糯叽叽红豆糯米丸子

  • 1.红豆提前浸泡一晚,这样更容易煮烂,浸泡后反复淘洗三次。
  • 2.将红豆倒入养生锅中,加入适量清水,爱吃浓稠的就适量少加水。
  • 3.时间充足选择慢炖,着急的话用快煮功能,半个多小时就能煮的非常软烂。
  • 4.煮红豆的时间用来做糯米丸子,准备糯米粉和温开水,水温不要过高,用手摸着有点温度即可。
  • 5.将水加入到糯米粉中,捏成团,表面有一点湿,不是很干的状态,很干的面团会很散,很难捏,就要适量加一点点水。
  • 6.开始搓球球,配方给出量是做两小碗的量,球球不要搓的太大,煮过以后体积还会膨胀一点。
  • 7.锅中加入适量清水,烧开后倒入小丸子,开锅转中火,煮至丸子漂浮起来。
  • 8.小丸子捞出后立即倒入凉水盆,过一下凉水,然后沥干水分,捞出备用即可。
  • 9.时间刚刚好,红豆也煮的非常软烂了。
  • 10.加入一块红糖,搅拌至融化,甜度很低,如果喜欢吃甜一点的可以加两块红糖。
  • 11.倒入煮好的糯米小丸子,就可以关火啦
  • 12.出锅咯,刚好两小碗,糯叽叽甜叽叽,超级好吃。
