Steps to make 自制彩虹酸奶

  • 1.准备食材:纯牛奶:1000ml, 纯净水:100ml, 酸奶发酵剂:1g,水果:适量,坚果:适量,蜂蜜:适量,巧克力:适量
  • 2.将面包机的内胆和酸奶桶清洗干净,并用开水烫10分钟。确保这两个容器干净无油。
  • 3.将两个容器中的开水倒出,静置晾凉晾干。将牛奶倒入酸奶桶中,再将酸奶发酵剂洒到牛奶中。用干净的筷子将发酵剂搅均,使其充分溶解在牛奶中。
  • 4.把面包机内胆安装好。将事先准备好的纯净水倒入面包机内胆中,再将酸奶桶放入。
  • 5.启动制作酸奶程序。我的面包机制作酸奶需要8个小时。时间到后,将酸奶桶取出,放在冰箱冷藏一晚,让其吸收浮清(就是刚作出来的酸奶上面浮着的那小层清水)。
  • 6.随吃随取200ml酸奶,50g草莓,15ml蜂蜜混合后在搅拌机里搅打均匀增加风味儿,提亮颜色。
  • 7.将打好的酸奶盛入碗中,顶层撒上自己喜欢的任意水果和坚果。
  • 8.就是这么简单,一份酸甜口感,富含维生素C的美味酸奶就可以享用了。
  • 9.只需几分钟,彩虹就出现在碗里了呢。
  • 10.不需要美丽的容器,也不需要奢华的桌布,照样这么惊艳!
