双米牛肉粢饭团
一般的粢饭团都是用白糯米做成,上次看到美食节目,有家餐馆打破传统做法,用紫米和白糯米包裹,馅料也比以前多样化,添加了卤牛肉,生意火爆。我试着做了一下,确实不错。

Steps to make 双米牛肉粢饭团

  • 1.两种糯米浸泡过夜,放入电饭锅煮熟
  • 2.油条切段、蛋黄对切,牛肉、榨菜切丁
  • 3.底下铺保鲜膜,先铺上一层糯米饭,再放上肉松
  • 4.放上油条,半个蛋黄
  • 5.放上牛肉、榨菜
  • 6.上面再铺点糯米
  • 7.保鲜膜四角拎起来,用力揉成饭团,把馅料都包裹在里边就行
