烤生蚝
近期很多肥美的生蚝上市,买了一箱,只用简单的食材就能做出美味的烤生蚝,蒜泥、辣椒、姜、葱即可。

Steps to make 烤生蚝

  • 1.一箱小生蚝,40-50只,冰鲜的。
  • 2.放清水把生蚝外壳冲刷干净。
  • 3.用刀把生蚝壳撬开,冲刷干净。
  • 4.把清洗干净的生蚝放一边静置沥干。
  • 5.装入烤盘,尽量保持生蚝壳平放,不要倾斜。
  • 6.准备好蒜泥、辣椒、姜、葱,放入酱油和适量食用油。
  • 7.配料淋入生蚝表面。
  • 8.烤箱175℃烤20分钟左右。
  • 9.20分钟后拿出,撒上葱花继续烤3分钟即可。
  • 10.成品。
