自制肉松

  • 白砂糖30g
  • 蚝油10g
  • 生抽10g
  • 鱼露10g

Steps to make 自制肉松

  • 1.鸡胸肉切成长条,加料酒,香叶。
  • 2.鸡肉撕成丝。
  • 3.老抽外的调料加入鸡肉丝中,拌匀。也可以在下一步炒制的过程中加调料。
  • 4.加适量老抽,老抽是为了上色,不喜欢颜色深的,也可以不加。
  • 5.调料拌匀后静止半个小时。
  • 6.锅里开小火,慢慢炒制。
  • 7.边到中途,可以用搅拌器搅拌一下,这样容易出蓉。
  • 8.用搅拌器搅打几分钟。
  • 9.然后回锅用小火再炒一下,炒到自己满意的干度。最好不要炒太干。也可以加入自己喜欢的芝麻,海苔这些。
