  • 1.南瓜上屉蒸熟,待放凉后,用厨房纸巾吸去表面水分,将所需食材依次称重;
  • 2.黄油与糖粉混合,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀;
  • 3.加入过筛后的南瓜泥,搅打均匀;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,杏仁粉,泡打粉,用刮刀拌合均匀成面团;
  • 5.用保鲜膜包裹面团,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右;
  • 6.取出后,分成均匀的若干份,分别搓成小圆球整齐码放在烤盘上;
  • 7.依次将小圆球按压成饼状;烤箱温度175度,时间15分钟,预热后,放入烤盘即可。
