  • 1.小番茄洗净晾干
  • 2.切四半,放入烤盘(烤网更佳),上下火100℃,热风循环,2小时烘干
  • 3.这种程度即可
  • 4.大蒜两瓣
  • 5.迷迭香少许
  • 6.罗勒少许
  • 7.锅内放入橄榄油,待热后加入大蒜,煸至微黄,关火,马上加入迷迭香和罗勒
  • 8.找一烘干消毒后的玻璃瓶,将番茄放入,待油放至常温后将油倒入,密封冷藏一周即可食用
