今天,11月11日,双11,被商家们又忽悠出一个节日来:光棍节!哈哈,咱不是光棍,可也来凑凑热闹,逛逛淘宝,贡献了一点money,虽然是阴雨天的今天心情立马就愉悦了!
既然心情愉悦,中午回家也不休息了,直接整出这么个妖艳的代表爱情的玫瑰花来,赶在“光棍节”结束前,送给所有目前是光棍但很快就不是光棍的朋友们哈~
亲,别被这花朵的颜色所吓到,家里有小朋友吃,所以我也尽量不去用色素来做,这次是加了红草莓色粉。看着做法好象挺复杂,其实这款饼干做法很简单,喜欢的亲们可以跟着我一起学着做做哦!

  • 黄油60g
  • 蛋液32g
  • 幼砂糖30g

Steps to make 玫瑰花饼干

  • 1.准备所需食材
  • 2.黄油放室温软化后,加入幼砂糖,用打蛋器打发至蓬松状
  • 3.分次加入蛋液,用打蛋器打发至完全融合
  • 4.筛入低粉
  • 5.加入红草莓色粉
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀搅拌至无粉状,成团即可
  • 7.用檊面杖檊成约3mm厚的面片
  • 8.用圆形模具印出圆片
  • 9.取四圆片如图依次重叠起来
  • 10.将面片轻轻由下往上卷起
  • 11.将面片轻轻由下往上卷起
  • 12.用小刀在中间处切上一刀

  • 14.收口朝下放上,用手指将每片花瓣轻轻整理一下
  • 15.依次做好其余花朵,放于烤盘,送入烤箱,180度,中层,15-18分钟
