  • 1.柴鸡洗净去除内脏切块,葱姜洋葱土豆柿子椒胡萝卜准备,柿子椒洗干净去蒂切块,土豆胡萝卜洗干净去皮切块,洋葱切小块。
  • 2.葱切段,蒜切片,姜切片,郫县豆瓣酱剁细。
  • 3.锅中放油,炒葱,姜,蒜,郫县豆瓣酱出红油。
  • 4.放入鸡块炒至变色。
  • 5.加入生抽,白糖,蚝油,啤酒和清水没过食材煮开,烧制10分钟。
  • 6.放入胡萝卜和土豆块儿,继续烧十分钟。
  • 7.放洋葱,青椒烧三分钟。
