Steps to make 花生酥

  • 1.将花生放入烤箱烤熟。
  • 2.用料理机打成碎末,加入糖30g,适量蛋液和25g玉米油,少许熟面粉,抓拌均匀。
  • 3.抓拌至能成团即可。
  • 4.面粉75克,15g奶粉,15g玉米油,40克水搅拌揉成面团,70克面粉,35克玉米油做成油酥。
  • 5.将油酥和面团均分8份,面团中包入油酥,成包子状,收口向下进行擀卷。
  • 6.一次擀卷。
  • 7.二次擀卷。
  • 8.包入花生馅料,划口。
  • 9.160度约烤20分钟。
