Steps to make 干果水晶粽子

  • 1.准备好400克西米;
  • 2.西米用滚烫的开水烫一下,并用筷子不断搅拌;

  • 4.西米、白砂糖分成四等分,分别放入咖啡、抹茶、栀子、牛奶盆子中浸泡至西米发胖
  • 5.粽叶、蒲苇,浸泡洗净,沥干水
  • 6.准备好干果:蓝莓干20克、蔓越莓干20克、樱桃干20克、蔓越莓干粒20克
  • 7.粽叶折成不漏的漏斗形状;
  • 8.放入西米,然后放入干果,再放入西米八成满;
  • 9.用粽叶包裹起来;
  • 10.用蒲苇,捆绑好粽子;
  • 11.用剪刀,剪去多余的蒲苇和粽叶,放入蒸锅中;
  • 12.锅中加入适量的清水,放入蒸层,中火蒸18分钟;
  • 13.蒸好的粽子放凉,放入冰箱冷藏3小时,即可;
  • 14.五彩缤纷,多口味的果干水晶粽子就好了。
