水浴圣诞树蛋糕
用水浴的方法做的蛋糕更加松软,水分足,不过这次有点烤过了,下次努力改进:)

  • 糖(蛋白中)35g
  • 炼乳50g
  • 植物油35g
  • 柠檬汁(蛋白中)数滴
  • 香草油(可不放)数滴
  • 球形硅胶模具1个

Steps to make 水浴圣诞树蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有材料,低粉过筛,蛋清蛋黄分别放在两个无水无油的盆中,准备就绪(有部分原料没有拍进去)
  • 2.植物油放在小锅中加热至平时炒菜的温度
  • 3.热油放入带面粉的盆中搅匀,面粉可以搅匀,不必切拌
  • 4.等油冷至手温时,放入蛋黄、炼乳并搅匀
  • 5.蛋白中加入柠檬汁数滴、香草油数滴、糖35g,用打蛋机打到有小尖角
  • 6.蛋白分2次拌入面糊中,注意要切拌,不要搅以免消泡
  • 7.用勺子小心的把面糊放入模具中,震动一下
  • 8.准备水浴用品:烤盘中放入热水,上面放上烤架,放入预热后的烤箱中,150度,中层,25分钟
  • 9.成品出炉,放上宝宝最爱的蓝莓酱和奶香十足的酱,明天的早餐搞定了,睡觉去!!!
