  • 1.原图料

  • 5.将月饼皮搓成30克大小的团、豆沙搓成45克的团(我的模具是75克的)月饼皮和馅根据自己喜好
  • 6.取月饼皮、包住豆沙馅
  • 7.将皮向上推、搓成圆球
  • 8.放入模具中
  • 9.推出模具造型、
  • 10.放入已预热的烤箱中、150度上下火25分钟、
  • 11.过5分钟后刷上一层鸡蛋黄、薄薄的一层就好
  • 12.烤好后、取出晾凉三天回油了、颜色就漂亮了。
