素糖醋排骨
糖醋排骨算是我的拿手菜了,有非常多的做法,今天这款素排骨还行,不过还是更喜欢真实的肉肉的,主要靠番茄来调味,蔬果味很浓,比一般用香醋调出来的味道,更多了一些果香味,酸甜可口,大爱大爱,

  • 番茄酱三大勺
  • 白砂糖三大勺+一小勺
  • 油豆皮50g
  • 红醋一大勺
  • 红曲米粉一小勺

Steps to make 素糖醋排骨

  • 1.把山药切小段,油豆皮泡发后切长短,宽度比山药段短一些,然后用油豆皮把山药裹起来,裹紧一些,用牙签固定,(这一步之前的步骤图全部神秘失踪,我也很无奈,只能直接语述了,)热锅下油,把素排骨炸至金黄定型,捞起,
  • 2.把油基本倒出,素排骨倒入锅内,放番茄酱、白砂糖和一点点红醋调味,
  • 3.加小半碗水,
  • 4.撒入适量红曲米粉,让颜色更好看,
  • 5.大火烧开,
  • 6.倒入适量酱油调味,
  • 7.大火收汁即可,
