毛豆烧茄子
其实我家很少烧茄子的,因为我总觉得我‘驾驭’不好它!但是,真的做起来也没有那么难!也许是很久没有吃茄子了,既然觉得还不错!

    Steps to make 毛豆烧茄子

    • 1.毛豆去壳,洗干净沥干水备用。
    • 2.茄子洗干净,切成大小等块的长段备用。
    • 3.蒜切片,姜切丝,香葱切段备用。
    • 4.锅热倒入茄块。
    • 5.小火干煸至软备用。
    • 6.锅热注油,倒入姜蒜爆香。
    • 7.再放入煸好的茄子翻炒1分钟左右。
    • 8.倒入毛豆一起继续翻炒至毛豆变色断生。
    • 9.倒入少许台湾米酒。
    • 10.倒入金澜酱油继续翻炒2分钟左右。
    • 11.最后加入盐。
    • 12.加入白糖炒匀调味。
    • 13.撒入香葱段即可。
