    • 1.丝瓜去皮洗净切成滚刀块,放入清水里浸泡防止氧化变黑。
    • 2.香菇去蒂洗净切成片。
    • 3.鸡蛋打散。
    • 4.锅内注水烧开放入丝瓜焯烫一下捞出备用。
    • 5.香菇也放进去一起焯水。
    • 6.重新起锅注水烧开,放入姜片。
    • 7.放入两勺菌菇料包粉。
    • 8.放入香菇煮一会。
    • 9.丝瓜放进去。
    • 10.淋入少许水淀粉。
    • 11.淋入蛋液。
    • 12.凝固成块儿。
    • 13.装入碗里。
