侄女要吃窝头,于是学了父亲的做法,把红枣煮了一股脑儿连水带枣一齐趁热泼进玉米面里,蒸熟的窝头没有加糖都是甜甜的,很好吃。

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.按4比1 的比例混合玉米面和黄豆面,再加少许小苏打。
  • 3.红枣洗净后放入煮锅煮制。
  • 4.红枣煮软后趁热连枣带水泼进玉米面里,边泼边用筷子搅拌。
  • 5.和成稍软的面团。
  • 6.手上蘸少许凉水把面团拍成半圆形的饼状,底部稍厚点,便于立着放到笼屉中。
  • 7.放到蒸锅中,大火蒸20分钟,因为是烫面,所以很好熟。
  • 8.蒸好的样子。
