自制福袋--关东煮

  • 墨鱼丸3个
  • 木鱼花少许
  • 高汤1包
  • 肉丸5个
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 日本花卷魔芋半盒
  • 海藻粉少许

Steps to make 自制福袋--关东煮

  • 1.豆腐泡划开掏点内容物出来
  • 2.把肉丸往里塞
  • 3.把小葱叶放到热水里烫软
  • 4.一个一个绑起来,这就是自制的福袋了,呵呵
  • 5.煮熟的白水鸡蛋裹上面粉,然后入油里炸
  • 6.萝卜切厚块
  • 7.先往锅里加入关节煮的料包(超市卖日本料理的调味品柜有售)
  • 8.加入史云生的浓醇高汤
  • 9.口味重的可以再加点酱油。先把萝卜煮软后,再放入串好的日本魔芋花卷及墨鱼丸,还有福袋
  • 10.再放入刚才炸好的鸡蛋
  • 11.煮入味之后捞起
  • 12.往上面依次撒海藻粉,木鱼花(这两种材料都可以在卖日本料理的网店里购买到)
  • 13.倒入汤汁倒可上桌
  • 14.传上调料包给大家看一下,不一定要一模一样的,大约就长这样。。。。最左边下方是关节煮料包,中间是史云生高汤,右边是吃时调料的芥末,后面一大包的是木鱼花
