  • 1.备好食材:蒜瓣拍碎、黄瓜与胡萝卜洗净切细丝
  • 2.锅中加水、食盐大火煮开
  • 3.放入面条加盖大火
  • 4.煮开后加少许清水、待滚开再加些凉水
  • 5.煮至8成熟夹断略有白芯
  • 6.关火迅速捞出面条
  • 7.移至风扇前快速降温、以防粘黏结块
  • 8.加些熟油拌匀后挑至碗中
  • 9.放上蒜泥、黄瓜、花生米、胡萝卜丝
  • 10.淋上麻辣香豉酱
