  • 1.这是熟的羊脸肉;
  • 2.取一小块,切成肉片;
  • 3.准备一小块羊血;
  • 4.羊血焯水后放在盆子里待用;
  • 5.菠菜洗净切大段;
  • 6.炒锅里放清水,羊脸肉冷水放入;
  • 7.羊脸肉在锅里要煮十几分钟左右(开锅后计时),
  • 8.煮至汤汁变成乳白色,放入适量的羊血同煮;
  • 9.煮开之后放入切段的菠菜同煮;
  • 10.煮至菠菜断生,放适量的盐调味;最后放适量的白胡椒粉调味,即可盛出品尝。
