  • 玉米淀粉40克
  • 熟大虾100克
  • 肉馅50克
  • 竹笋50克
  • 胡萝卜30克
  • 沸水150克
  • 熟猪油5克
  • 2克
  • 胡椒粉2克
  • 姜粉2克
  • 料酒5克
  • 鱼露10克

Steps to make 馋嘴小吃---水晶虾饺

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.熟虾去皮和虾肠洗净切大粒,胡萝卜和竹笋切碎备用。
  • 3.把所有的食材放入碗中。
  • 4.加入盐,糖,料酒,姜粉,胡椒粉,鱼露,鸡精,香油。
  • 5.把馅料搅打均匀备用。
  • 6.锅中加入150克水烧开。
  • 7.把混合好的澄面和玉米淀粉倒入快速搅拌,在焖至10分钟。
  • 8.取出面粉加入熟猪油揉成光滑的面团。
  • 9.把面团搓条。
  • 10.切成等份小剂子,取一份擀成圆皮包入虾仁馅。
  • 11.蒸笼底下垫上一片胡萝卜再放入虾饺。
  • 12.大火蒸制7分钟即好。
