  • 1.胡萝卜洗好切片,西芹带叶子切小段,青椒和尖椒掰成小块,大头菜洗净切块,用手拆散。
  • 2.放少许盐,腌一个小时,盐不要太多,太多了咸,就得去洗菜,我放盐放的比较少,就不用洗菜了。
  • 3.为了便于入味,翻拌一下。
  • 4.姜切末,葱切丝。
  • 5.花椒,树椒切段,用料酒或者清水打湿。
  • 6.热锅凉油,下葱姜,炸出香味后下花椒和树椒。
  • 7.翻炒,然后加入生抽。
  • 8.生抽加完后,加一点点水,然后加糖提味,糖不要太多,太多就甜了。
  • 9.大火煮开,然后放凉。
  • 10.一个小时以后,把青菜用手挤出水分来,然后把放凉的料汁倒进去,翻拌均匀。
  • 11.放入碗中,加盖子或者保鲜膜。
  • 12.冰箱冷藏一晚,效果更佳。如果第二天拿出来比较淡,可以加盐和味精提味。如果有点咸的话,可以加一些香油和糖中和一下味道。
