Steps to make 炒味酵粄

  • 1.味酵粄2个,市场买现成的一元一个。
  • 2.改刀切块。
  • 3.配料:肉丝、蒜末、葱花。
  • 4.先炒香肉丝,再放蒜末爆香。
  • 5.倒入味酵粄翻炒。
  • 6.倒入酱油、鱼露、五香粉、胡椒粉炒匀,让每一块粄都吃入味。
  • 7.最后撒上葱花,完成。
  • 8.成品,很香弹牙有嚼劲,老人小孩都喜欢的一道菜。
