  • 1.烤好8寸戚风。可参照戚风的菜谱。分成3片。
  • 2.淡奶油加糖打发。
  • 3.裱花台铺上一层蛋糕片放淡奶油放火龙果肉再放淡奶油。然后盖第二层蛋糕片。依次做好。抹平表面和四周。
  • 4.筛防潮糖粉后用喷花模筛可可粉。然后用小号贝壳嘴压着表上面。下面再做个围边。摆上蓝莓大功告成。
