Steps to make 草莓蛋糕卷

  • 1.5个蛋清加盐,白醋,分2次加60克白糖打发。
  • 2.4个蛋黄加25克白糖打匀。
  • 3.分次加30克玉米油打匀。
  • 4.加50克牛奶打匀。
  • 5.筛入90克低粉。
  • 6.拌匀。
  • 7.加3分之1蛋清,拌匀。
  • 8.拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩下的蛋清中,拌匀。
  • 9.混合好的面糊倒入烤盘,用力震一下,去掉大气泡。
  • 10.烤箱预热175度,中层上下火烤18分钟。
  • 11.倒扣在油纸上,上面再盖一张油纸。
  • 12.再盖一块毛巾保湿。
  • 13.150克淡奶油加15克白糖,打发。
  • 14.蛋糕坯晾至有一点点温热即可挤淡奶油,放草莓。
  • 15.卷起,放凉。
  • 16.放凉后去掉油纸,挤淡奶油。
  • 17.装饰草莓。
