豆腐烧馓子
自从炸了盘馓子,这几天的零食也变成了馓子,早餐也是奶茶配馓子,闺女都说,都是馓子宴了。说到馓子宴,就真想用馓子做菜,只记得小时候妈妈用馓子做过西红柿鸡蛋汤,用馓子和糖水泡泡一起吃。家里就剩豆腐了,懒的去买菜,每次出门得穿的像去南极,回家又脱的像在过夏天,这样的来回折腾“穿脱”,越来越懒的出门,做菜能凑合够吃坚决不出门。所以冬天去买菜老公开着车和我一起去,一次多买些,所幸的是,在寒冷的冬季我家爱吃汤饭和抓饭拌面类的,这样更减少了出门的次数。

    Steps to make 豆腐烧馓子

    • 1.豆腐洗净切块
    • 2.大蒜切碎,香葱洗净切末
    • 3.热锅凉油,加干红辣椒、大葱、蒜末
    • 4.再加入豆瓣酱煸炒
    • 5.然后依次放入白糖、酱油、水,大火烧开
    • 6.加入豆腐块小火烧。
    • 7.小火烧至汤汁浓郁,加鸡精
    • 8.水淀粉翻炒均匀
    • 9.关火,撒上馓子
    • 10.加盖焖1分钟左右,出锅装盘,撒上香葱末做装饰
