  • 低筋面粉400克
  • 馅料:京日红豆馅500克

Steps to make 红豆馅小西点

  • 1.将软化后的黄油放入容器中,用手动打蛋器打散,加入糖粉打至膨松柔软状。
  • 2.分次加入鸡蛋液打到完全融合。
  • 3.将低筋面粉、泡打粉筛入容器中。
  • 4.拌压均匀后和成面团,盖上保鲜膜,静置15分钟。
  • 5.将红豆馅挤在保鲜膜上包裹好,搓成均匀的长圆柱状。
  • 6.取适量的面团,擀成薄约0.6厘米的长方形面皮。
  • 7.在面皮上刷上一层水,包好红豆馅,捏紧收口。
  • 8.收口朝下,用刀切成均匀的小块后逐个整形一下。
  • 9.码入烤盘,刷上一层蛋黄水,撒上适量的生黑芝麻。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,烘烤18分钟至金黄色即可。
